John Deere 318 50" cut Riding mower tractor 345 hrs!

Here is your chance to own a very good condition John Deere 318 with only 345 Hrs. I looked for this tractor for over a year. Very hard to find one in this condition. Wife says I must make room in the garage.

Full front hydraulics, Independent rear wheel brakes.  Power steering. Full hydrostatic drive

Front and rear PTO .  All indicator lamps operate along with headlights and taillights.

·       I have the manual as well

Tractor in very good condition.  Will need new seat tractor weight is apporx. 836 pounds.

Clarification the front PTO runs the belt to the deck and there is a shaft coming out of the back of the trans.

The shaft coiming out the back of the trans would I assume run some ground engagin equipment
